Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, We have a coin laundry on the 2nd floor. There are 3 washing machines and 3 driyers. It costs 300 JPY for washing and 100 JPY for dryer per 30 minutes. Please let us know if we can be of any more help.
Is there an extra bed in the family king room other than the king bed? Thank you

What’s the size of your single bed for standard room?
Thank you for your inquiry. The standard double room has one 170cm×200 cm bed. The standard twin room has two 110cm ×200 cm beds put together.
Is the breakfast buffet served with Japanese food or only international food?
The breakfast buffet consists of Western food: cereal, bread, salad, soup, yogurt, donuts, juice, and coffee. In addition, there are seasonal specialties both with and without meat.
Hi, Can I sent my luggage to the hotel by expedition before i come?
You can send you luggage to our hotel before your arrival. Please make sure that the luggage will be delivered within 2 days before your check-in date as we don't have enough space to keep them over 3days.

Hi, how to go to the hotel from kansai airport?
Take the Nankai Express Train to Namba station. From there, switch to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and get off at Shinsaibashi station.It will take about an hour and cost 1,100JPY. We are about a 5min walk from exit 4 of the station.
